That momentum translated to tens of millions of streams and landed him major festival spots at Stagecoach, Beyond Wonderland, and EDC Las Vegas, marking a true breakthrough year.
“One standout moment that sticks with me is when a fan recognized me in person before I’d even played a show as MOONLGHT,” he said during an interview. “That was a turning point where I realized, ‘Okay, this is starting to become something real.”
With musical roots shaped by legends like John Fogerty, Jimi Hendrix, and Lynyrd Skynyrd, MOONLGHT channels classic influence through a future-forward lens. As a member of the songwriting collective Pacific, Schonewille has earned billions of streams behind the scenes. But through MOONLGHT, he’s building something uniquely personal.
