Paris Baguette has about two dozen locations in New Jersey and nearly 4,000 locations worldwide.
Summer 2026 is the new opening window for a 200,000-square-foot family entertainment center proposed for the Moorestown Mall along Route 38, according to local officials.
Moorestown Township officials, speaking for the developer, recently said an opening timeline for “Parky’s” will become public in the new year. A late 2025 opening date had been previously discussed as a possibility.
The entertainment center is to take over approximately 200,000 square feet of space that became available with the closing of a Turn 7 discount retail outlet. The Florida firm Parkys FEC Holdings LLC in 2024 disclosed that it was paying approximately $4.6 million for that space, and that it had an option to buy additional space.
In May 2024, planning board officials heard a presentation from developer Aaron Parkinson, who is also a partner in Xtreme Action Park in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
In June 2025, at an Economic Development Advisory Committee meeting, it was stated that “Parky’s restuarant” was targeting November or December for a “soft” opening and the following March for a grand opening.
Center amenities are to include a rooftop bar, an arcade, boardwalk-style carnival games, a multi-level Go-Kart track, a first-floor bar with a speakeasy theme, mini-bowling, an axe-throwing venue, virtual reality rides and games, and mini-golf.
The Philadelphia-based firm PREIT owns the 84-acre Moorestown Mall. PREIT did not respond to a request for information on the progress of the project.
