This fall, MTS Management Group and MTS Records are lining up one of their boldest, most varied release schedules yet. The label’s upcoming slate crosses musical borders—mixing high-energy metal with a message, breezy Americana, heartfelt country, retro-flavored pop, and songs that dig deep into personal storytelling.

From August through September, fans will hear music that celebrates joy, wrestles with struggle, and reflects on the human journey. Many of these projects carry an emotional or spiritual thread, making them as heartfelt as they are memorable.

More from Spin:

Pittsburgh-based “positive” metal band Ashes Awake doesn’t hold back with their debut single release. “A Better Way” (August 29th) is both heavy and hopeful—an anthem about breaking free from addiction. It’s already holding steady on the Christian Music Weekly Loud/Metal Top 25 chart, proof that their message resonates.

The song blends rapid double-kick drums, aggressive riffs, and big, soaring hooks with lyrics rooted in personal testimony. For the band, this isn’t just music—it’s a declaration of redemption.

Also from Pittsburgh, Dust and Grace deliver pure joy with “Hallelujah.” (August 22nd) Built on country rhythms, warm harmonies, and a chorus made for singing along, the track blends gospel-inspired energy with a country heart.

It’s the kind of song that works just as well during a laid back Sunday morning as it does on a porch at sunset—an invitation to lift your voice and join in.

Pam Ross returns to the Americana scene with “Crazy Time,” (August 15th)  a laid-back, groove-filled tune that celebrates life’s messy charm. Think unpredictable weather, uncooperative alarm clocks, and the give-and-take of living alongside someone you love.

It’s lighthearted without being shallow, the musical equivalent of smiling through life’s little chaos.

A seasoned storyteller, Digney Fignus blends folk-rock grit with bluesy confessionals on his latest LP. Already charting on the Americana Music Association’s airplay list, the album moves between sly social commentary and introspective moments.

“The Emperor Wears No Clothes” brings sharp humor, while other tracks dig into more personal, lived-in stories—each delivered with Fignus’s unmistakable voice. “Black and Blue: The Brick Hill Sessions” is out on August 22nd.

Also on August 22nd, dance and house artist Martone turns up the heat with “EKSTASÉ” (pronounced “ecstasy”), a preview of his upcoming record Phoenix Rising: The Emperor’s Ascension. The track layers pulsing beats, shimmering synths, and smooth, sultry vocals into a hypnotic club-ready groove. It’s both a celebration of movement and a statement of artistic reinvention.

Texas-born Americana troubadour Jeremy Parsons starts September with “Who Was I,” (September 5th) a reflective piece about identity and the winding paths that shape it.

Just two weeks later, he’ll release LIFE, an EP written through a period of personal and societal upheaval. Warm, conversational, and honest, Parsons’s songs feel like late-night talks with an old friend.

Only 20 years old, Olivia Millin is already blending J-Pop sparkle with Western pop style. Her Halloween-themed “Soul for the Taking” (September 12th) mixes catchy hooks with eerie, cinematic production—playful, mysterious, and perfect for the season.

Canadian folk singer Alex Krawczyk offers a tender tribute to the Grateful Dead with “Love Through Sound.” It’s a warm, acoustic track about the power of music to connect people across generations—a sentiment delivered with sincerity and grace. The artist’s first new music in 2 years drops on August 1st, Jerry Garcia’s birthday.

Led by songwriter Tim Tye, Dayton’s Midnight Sky delivers Just Before Dawn, (August 8th) a 13-track Americana journey through love, loss, redemption, and quiet moments of reflection. With highlights like “Hearts Are Wild” and “Only the Moon is Blue,” the record is steeped in vivid imagery and heartfelt narratives.

What ties this lineup together isn’t genre—it’s authenticity. Whether it’s Ashes Awake turning heavy riffs into messages of faith, Dust and Grace filling the air with southern joy, or Jeremy Parsons telling deeply personal stories, every project is grounded in truth.

Label head Michael Stover has always believed that connection comes first. Fall 2025 shows that philosophy in action, offering music for just about every taste without losing sight of what matters most: the humanity behind the songs.

As the days grow shorter and the air cools, these releases promise to be companions for every moment—road trips, dance floors, quiet evenings, and moments of praise. In a world still in need of healing and hope, MTS Records is delivering more than just music. They’re delivering heart.
