Forever Man will present “Layla and Other Assorted Eric Clapton Songs” at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, at the Rialto Theater Center, 228 E. Fourth St.
The legendary music and turbulent life of Eric Clapton take center stage in a theatrical concert that blends storytelling, song and immersive multimedia in a heartfelt tribute to one of rock’s most complex icons.
Audiences will experience Clapton’s greatest hits, including “Tears in Heaven,” “Change the World,” “Lay Down Sally,” “I Shot the Sheriff,” and, of course, “Layla.”

Habitat Builders Ball
Loveland Habitat for Humanity will hold its ninth annual Builder’s Ball, “Blueprints & Blue Jeans
An Evening of Hope, Housing, and Hands-On Change,” at 5-9 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, at Ellis Ranch, 2331 Ellis Ranch Lane.
The evening will include dinner and dessert, live music for line dancing, stories from local families who’ve achieved homeownership and an auction to raise money for Habitat’s work to build homes — and hope — for Loveland families in need.

Día de los Muertos
Loveland’s ninth annual Día de los Muertos Celebration will be held at noon-3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, at the Pulliam Building, 545 N. Cleveland Ave.
Join Heart and Sol for a vibrant day of remembrance, music and community. The event will feature live Mariachi performances, folklórico dancers, a Catrina Catwalk, Mini Mercado, community ofrendas and more.

Holiday Bazaar
The Storm Mountain Holiday Bazaar will be held at 10 a.m-4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, at the Big Thompson Canyon Association Building at 1479 W. U.S. 34.
The event will offer handcrafted items and a chance to talk to the crafters and learn about the process of creating the items. A wide variety of items will include quilted, knitted and crocheted items, jewelry, soaps, honey, decorations, baskets, gourds, wood carvings, stained glass, carving boards, wood planter boxes and more, as well as a bake sale.
There will be free hot cider and cookies to enjoy.
Proceeds will go toward maintenance of the BTCA building.

The event will celebrate the development of the Family Justice Center, a groundbreaking model that transforms how Northern Colorado responds to domestic violence by bringing advocacy, law enforcement, legal services, and counseling together under one roof.

‘Misery’
OpenStage Theatre Company’s 2025-26 season starts with “Misery” by William Goldman, based on the novel by Stephen King, opening at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, at the Lincoln Center Magnolia Theatre, 417 W Magnolia.
After a car crash leaves bestselling romance novelist, Paul Sheldon, stranded in a snowstorm, he’s rescued by Annie Wilkes, his “No. 1 fan.” But when Annie learns Paul has killed off her favorite character, she insists he fix his mistake, or else.
The season will continue with “The Mousetrap” by Agatha Christie on Jan. 10-Feb. 7 at the Lincoln Center; “The Cottage” March 21-April 18 at the Lincoln Center, and “The Merry Wives of Windsor, June 6-July 11, outdoor at The Park at Columbine Health Systems.
“Misery” tickets are $18-$42. Season tickets start at $116.
Thursday, Nov. 6, will be a Pay What You Can performance, and those tickets must be reserved online as well.

Fort Collins Reads
Fort Collins Reads will present Kirsten Miller at 2-3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, at the Fort Collins Marriott, 350 E. Horsetooth Road.
Miller will discuss her recent novel, “Lula Dean’s Little Library of Banned Books,” a satire about a small Southern town, a pitched battle over banned books, and a little lending library that changes everything.
The author talk will be followed by book signing.

Día de Muertos
The BIPOC Alliance, in partnership with Fuerza Latina and FCCAN, will host the fifth annual Día de Muertos Community Celebration at noon-6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, in Old Town Square in downtown Fort Collins.
The free, community-run event invites all of Fort Collins to gather in remembrance of loved ones who have passed and to celebrate the vibrant cultural traditions of Día de Muertos.
It will include a community altar for honoring ancestors and loved ones. Everyone is welcome to participate by placing a remembrance in person or by submitting photos for a virtual altar.
Free face painting for children and live performances also are planned.

Colorado 24 Hour Run
