A promising young actress has died.
Isabelle Tate, who appeared in the series premiere of 9-1-1: Nashville, was 23. The pilot episode aired on October 9, with Isabelle playing an attendee at a bachelorette party. The show, which stars Chris O’Donnell, LeAnne Rimes and Hunter McVey, is the second spinoff to the 9-1-1 franchise after 9-1-1 and 9-1-1: Lone Star. The young actress had been dealing with her share of medical issues.

The new 9-1-1 spinoff only premiered recently. Sadly, that was the last we’d see of Isabelle on the show. While she was around when her episode came out Isabelle passed away 10 days later.
McCray Agency confirmed the sad news on their Facebook account on Wednesday. In a statement, they say: “We are deeply saddened and completely heartbroken to share that Isabelle Tate passed away on October 19th.”
Her obituary describes her as an “aspiring actress” who loved volunteering and was “the life of the party.” There’s been no official cause of death, though speculation is that it may have to do with her muscular problems.
Before her death, she shared with people online that she’d been dealing with with a progressive neuromuscular disease at the age of 13. She admitted that at times she needed to use a wheelchair noting the disease had progressed. Isabelle went on to say she’d come to terms with her situation and wanted to live her life to the fullest.
Her funeral takes place on Friday at the Forest Hills Methodist Church in Brentwood Tennessee. Isabelle is survived by her mother, Katherina, stepfather, Vishnu, father, John, and sister, Daniella.
The show’s creator is Ryan Murphy, whose net worth in August is approximately $152 million.
