Warning: Spoilers ahead! Do not proceed unless you’ve watched Season 4 of “The Ultimatum.”
Blake Robertson, who is starring on Season 4 of Netflix’s “The Ultimatum,” was arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, Hayley Hendrich, after filming wrapped.
Last October, Robertson was taken into custody at a business in Nacogdoches, Texas, after he allegedly hit Hendrich, according to TMZ.
Hendrich told the outlet that she declined to press charges against Robertson. She also revealed that they had private conversations about the incident, but she would like for him to publicly take accountability as well.
Robertson’s attorney, Sean Hightower, told TMZ: “Blake’s case was rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged.”
Page Six reached out to Hendrich for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Robertson and Hendrich are one of six couples who are starring on Season 4 of the hit Netflix reality show “The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On.”
On the series, which hit the streaming platform last week, the couple decides whether they are going to stay together or date new people after switching partners.
Robertson gave Hendrich an ultimatum after two years of dating: get married or end their romance. However, she was reluctant to head to the altar because she wants Robertson to “open up more emotionally,” per Netflix.
Hendrich chose to explore a connection with Killian, who was on the series with his partner for four years, Ashley.
Meanwhile, Robertson chose to date Ashley for the social experiment.
After a fierce argument went down between the initial couples, Hendrich and Robertson decided to stay together.
The final two episodes of Season 4 of “The Ultimatum” air on Netflix on July 22.
