Sophia Hutchins was just 29 years old when she died in an ATV accident in Los Angeles over the summer.
Hutchins was reportedly riding her ATV near pal Caitlyn Jenner’s Malibu home on July 2 when she hit the bumper of a moving car and lost control. The former reality star plunged 350 feet down a ravine. First responders declared her dead at the scene. Her cause of death was listed as “multiple blunt force injuries.”
On Thursday, September 25, further details came to light about the tragic crash. According to the medical examiner’s report, Hutchins’ toxicology results determined she was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the crash, TMZ reported.

“Recently my good friend Sophia passed away in a tragic accident,” Caitlyn, 75, said during an August appearance on FOX News. “For the last seven weeks, I’ve been dealing with death, and it’s so difficult.”
Hutchins appeared heavily in Jenner’s 2015 reality show, I Am Cait. She later served as the Olympian’s manager, taking over the role from Caitlyn’s ex-wife Kris Jenner.
“She is one of the top minds in her field,” Caitlyn told the New York Times of Hutchins in 2019. “Her value in my life is undeniable. The sky is the limit with her entrepreneurial spirit.”
