Creator-focused talent management firm Night has raised $70 million in a new financing round, per The Hollywood Reporter. The Dallas-based firm, founded by Reed Duchscher, represents creators including Kai Cenat, Sam and Colby, Safiya Nygaard, T-Pain, Tara Davis-Woodhall, Hunter Woodhall, and the Kalogeras Sisters.

Investors in the round include StepStone Group, Founders Fund, House Capital, K5 Global, and PagsGroup. Night says the funding arrives during “a period of significant growth.”

Night says it plans to deploy the capital to “build, operate and acquire businesses embedded in internet culture across all facets of media and entertainment, including digital media, music, sports, gaming, podcasting, streaming and live events.”

“The most important media companies of the future will be built by teams who best understand internet media and culture,” Duchscher said in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter. “We’ve all seen the seismic shift of attention moving away from traditional entertainment to content creators’ digital channels. We believe this will continue to accelerate and become even more prevalent across other sectors of entertainment like music, sports, and events.”

Prior Acquisitions

The new round follows a series of strategic acquisitions. Night purchased the Roost Podcast Network from Warner Bros. Discovery in 2024 (whose shows include “This Past Weekend with Theo Von”) and acquired experiential marketing and events firm Experiential Supply Co. in 2025.

The company also acquired LFM Management in 2023, adding Kai Cenat and his creator collective, AMP, to its roster.

Beyond acquisitions, Night holds stakes in an undisclosed number of other businesses, some of which it owns and operates directly. The company also invests through Night Capital, a $100 million venture capital fund it launched in 2022 with The Chernin Group.
