Noah Kahan fans, get excited. The Vermont singer-songwriter is officially releasing another album this year.
On Wednesday, Jan. 28, Kahan shared on Instagram and TikTok that he will release an album titled “The Great Divide” in April of 2026. The album marks the fourth one from the Vermont-born musician, and the first in four years.
“From a long silence forms a divide, a great expanse demanding attention. I stare across it. I see old friends, my father, my mother, my siblings, my younger self, the great state of Vermont,” Kahan wrote of the album in the caption on his posts. “The songs are the words I would say if I could. They are the fears I dance with in the moments before I drift off to sleep. The music here is my best attempt to delve deeper into the people, places, and feelings that have made me who I am.”
When will Noah Kahan’s new album come out?
“The Great Divide” will release on Friday, April 24, 2026. Until then, fans can pre-save the album on Spotify or Apple Music and pre-order the album on CD or vinyl.
Noah Kahan to release single ahead of album
While fans wait for the arrival of the new album, Kahan will release a single of the same name, “The Great Divide,” on Friday, Jan. 30. For New England fans, the single may be familiar, as Kahan played the unreleased song at his one-night-only benefit concert at MGM Music Hall back in November 2025.
