Developer Nuggets Entertainment just launched its debut title, RV There Yet, and it’s one of the funniest times I’ve had in a while. Not only are you and your friends trapped in a moving death trap while taking an alternative route after a relaxing nature getaway, but, well, your friends are likely not all that trustworthy.
In an era where games with proximity chat have skyrocketed due to their player excitement, I can’t wait to see which big streamers start creating content for RV There Yet?
What is RV There Yet?
RV There Yet is a chaotic co-op adventure where you and your friends drive home after a comping getaway along Route 65. Gameplay includes directing the RV over a sketchy bridge, smoking cigarettes, drinking beer, and falling into ravines.
Of course, you aren’t limited to just driving on the road most taken. Your RV has a winch on the back and the front, meaning that you can grapple onto cliffs and pull. All in all, RV There Yet is a test of friendship, using proximity chat to ensure that no one goes too far from the group.
There are also a bunch of cool hats players can wear to differentiate themselves from one another. And meat patties. And EpiPens. You never really know what kind of problems will arise in the wilderness.
Right now, you can play RV There Yet on PC via Steam.
