TV personality Olivia Attwood has joined the cast of Celebrity Gogglebox – Which rumoured beau Pete Wicks has starred on for years now but they won’t be sharing a sofa
Olivia stars in the next series of Gogglebox
Former Love Islander will join rumoured boyfriend Pete Wicks on the upcoming eighth series of Celebrity Gogglebox, which launches on Friday.
However, the 35-year-old won’t be snuggling up with Pete on the sofa – Instead she’s filmed alongside look-a-like mum Jennifer and the pair clashed often during filming!
The TV personality said: “Doing Celebrity Gogglebox with my mum was chaotic but in the best possible way. It’s not often that we agree on things which I think the viewers may find entertaining.
“My family are huge fans of the show so it’s a real honour to be a part of such an iconic British programme.”
The hit Channel 4 series is set to hit it’s 50th episode and so procedures have put together a bigger than ever cast also including new names Julian Clary who sits alongside Nigel Havers and content creators George Clark and Max Balegde.
Celebrity Gogglebox returns June 5th
Julian remarked: “Doing Celebrity Gogglebox was an absolute treat, a perfectly civilised way to spend an evening.
“I do like to think my commentary brought a certain level of refinement to proceedings, and Nigel managed to stay awake, although there is an unsightly stain on my sofa.”
Gladiators Nitro and Legend also join the line-up alongside returning Gogglebox stars Pete Wicks and Vicky Pattison, Vernon Kay and Paddy McGuinness, Bez and Shaun Ryder, Roman and Martin Kemp, Denise Van Outen and Johnny Vaughan – Plus many more.
Legend, real name Matt Morisa, said: “Everyone knows how good I am at being on TV, but turns out I’m even better at watching it. “Wow.
