“Westchester’s Winter Wonderland” has opened for the season at Kensico Dam Plaza, bringing back its 1.2-mile drive-thru light show that draws thousands of visitors from across the Hudson Valley.
The annual event, which runs through December, features large-scale holiday installations, themed light sections and an appearance from Santa Claus.
This year’s program includes several returning displays, such as the 175-foot Transporter Tunnel, Rudolph’s Runway, Candy Cane Lan and a 40-foot Christmas tree. The attraction is fully car-based, allowing families to remain inside their vehicles for the roughly 30-minute route.
Tickets for “Westchester’s Winter Wonderland” can be purchased through the official ticket partner, Fever.
Prices start at $35 per car and must be reserved for a specific date and time. High attendance is expected, and early booking is advised, particularly for weekends.
“Westchester’s Winter Wonderland” is held at 1 Bronx River Parkway in Valhalla. Additional information and gift card purchases are available through Fever.
Other Fever attractions include the interactive “Bubble Planet,” the intimate “Candlelight Concert” series, the immersive “Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience” and more concert experiences, operating in hundreds of cities worldwide.
