Pamela Anderson subtly revealed the naked truth about her relationship with Liam Neeson.
The “Baywatch” actress — who shared many sweet moments with her costar while on “The Naked Gun” press tour — explained that she has no interest in doing anything in her personal life to gain publicity, thus shutting down any speculation that their romance was just a stunt.
“I do not and will never feed into PR stunts,” she said onstage at the Deauville American Film Festival in France on Sept. 5, per People. “That would be a death sentence. I’m authentically driven. I’m superstitious when it comes to love. And I’m not comfortable sharing any shred of my romantic life.”
Although Anderson, 58, said she doesn’t play up her personal relationships as a marketing tactic, she understands why audiences may have seen her chemistry with Neeson, 73, on full display on the red carpet.
“I know I’ll fall in love again and again onscreen. That is my job. If we do it well, you will feel it, a kind of projection. It is the greatest compliment,” she continued. “So please think positive. And I appreciate your good wishes. There are no silly games being played. I’m sincere.”

And while the “Last Showgirl” actress shared her gratitude toward those who have spoken positively about their dynamic, she made sure the audience knows she’s not playing around.
“Do not mistake my kindness for weakness or my boldness for bitterness,” she stated. “I’m here on this journey, not for money or for fame, but to see what I’m made of in truth, hard work and to leave behind an honest legacy my family can be proud of.”
Last month, Anderson hinted at her rumored romance with Neeson while celebrating the premieres of their new film as well as her stage production of Tennessee Williams’ “Camino Real” in Williamstown, Mass.
“What a week it’s been… there’s so much love in the air,” she wrote on her Instagram Story Aug. 4. “Seeing you all at the premieres, in theatres, and at the play on Williamstown has truly filled my heart.”
She continued, “Thank you for all your love, laughter, and for showing up—it means the world to me.”
And love seemed to be in the air the day prior, when the pair had heartwarming things to say about each other on “Watch What Happens Live,” when host Andy Cohen asked them each the sweetest trait about the other.
“Oh boy,” Anderson said, “just that he’s so kind and generous.”
For the “Taken” actor, he said, “Her spirit. And she’s a giggler like me, and I love that.”
In the upcoming “The NakedGun” Liam Neeson plays the late Leslie Neilsen’s son, detective Frank Drebin Jr., who is solving a murder case brought to him by co-star Pamela Anderson.
