Former Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak shared a rare life update on X.
The TV personality had fans laughing about his location after his video indicated he had moved to Montana.
Pat hosted Wheel of Fortune for four decades before exiting the show in 2024.
It’s been two years since Pat Sajak left Wheel of Fortune—and he’s giving us a clue about what he’s been up to lately.
Pat hosted Wheel of Fortune for four decades before he exited in 2024. Ryan Seacrest took over as Pat’s successor, and Pat has had the chance to enjoy the perks of retirement.
In a video he posted on X on June 14, Pat seemed to be doing quite well in what appeared to be a beach-like setting.
“Hi, know that a lot of you have been wondering—asking me how I’m doing,” he stated in the clip as he walked to a pool overlooking the ocean. “And I’m enjoying life. I moved here to Montana, and everything is going just great. So, I just want to say hello. You’ll have to excuse me, I have some cattle to attend to. Here boy!”
Fans went along with the joke in the comments.
“Montana beaches are the best. Cleanest in the world,” one person joked. “Bro had me second guessing my geography for a sec,” another jested. “Wow! I did not know that Montana had palm trees and beaches 😄,” a different follower added.
Pat likely filmed the video somewhere in Hawaii, where he’s spent extended periods. In fact, he previously performed in theater productions there, including a stint in Prescription: Murder at the Hawaii Theatre Center in Honolulu from July to August 2025.
Now, if only we knew if Pat ever has plans to make a cameo on Wheel of Fortune…
