Pensacola Interstate Fair 2025 events, schedule, dates and tickets

Pensacola Interstate Fair returns Oct. 16-26, bringing with it exhilarating rides, live music, exotic shows, colorful attractions and exhibits, flavorful fair food and fun for the whole family. 

“Super Saver” discount tickets for the 2025 Pensacola Interstate Fair are still on sale until Wednesday, Oct. 15, and can save families nearly 50%. If that doesn’t satisfy you, the fair will have 11 other daily discounts available.

Fair officials on Oct. 2 announced the entertainment lineup for the 11-day event. All musical performances are located on the Pepsi Open Air Stage. Entertainment shows at the Pensacola Interstate Fair are free with the price of admission.

Here’s everything you need to know before you head out to the Pensacola Interstate Fair this year.

Pensacola Interstate Fair 2025 dates

The Pensacola Interstate Fair kicks off Thursday, Oct 16, at 4 p.m. and runs through Sunday, Oct. 26. Here’s when the fair is open this year.

  • Thursday, Oct. 16: 4 to 11 p.m.
  • Friday, Oct. 17: 4 p.m. to 1 a.m.
  • Saturday, Oct. 18: 11 a.m. to midnight
  • Sunday, Oct. 19: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Monday, Oct. 20: 4 to 11 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Oct. 21: 4 to 11 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Oct. 22: 4 to 11 p.m.
  • Thursday, Oct. 23: 2 to 11 p.m.
  • Friday, Oct. 24: 4 p.m. to 1 a.m.
  • Saturday, Oct. 25: 11 a.m. to midnight
  • Sunday, Oct. 26: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Pensacola Interstate Fair 2025 tickets

There is still time to save on “Super Saver” gate admission tickets for the Pensacola Interstate Fair. Here’s what to know about tickets.

“Super Saver” gate admission:

  • Description: An advance discount ticket is only available for purchase through Oct. 25, at 11:59 p.m.
  • Adults: $8.28
  • Children (ages 4 to 11): $3.87

Regular gate admission:

  • Description: Regular price gate admission tickets.
  • Adults: $14
  • Children (ages 4 to 11): $6

“Super Saver” any-day ride wristbands:

  • Description: One-time use ride wristband that can be used on any day. Does not include grounds admission. Only available for purchase through Oct. 15, at 11:59 p.m.
  • Adults: $33.20
  • Children (ages 4 to 11): $33.20

Regular any-day ride wristbands:

  • Description: One-time use ride wristband that can be used on any day. Does not include grounds admission.
  • Adults: $35
  • Children (ages 4 to 11): $35

“Super Saver” weekday ride wristbands:

  • Description: One-time use ride wristband that can be used on Monday through Thursday. Does not include grounds admission. Only available for purchase through Oct. 15, at 11:59 p.m.
  • Adults: $28
  • Children (ages 4 to 11): $28

Regular weekday ride wristbands:

  • Description: One-time use ride wristband that can be used on Monday through Thursday. Does not include grounds admission.
  • Adults: $30
  • Children (ages 4 to 11): $30

“Super Saver” parking: $5

Regular parking: $10

Are unlimited ride wristbands worth it at the Pensacola Interstate Fair?

Absolutely, yes. Most Pensacola Interstate Fair rides cost between five and seven credits, according to the fair’s website. Here’s a breakdown of what that would look like if you loaded ride credits onto a Fair Card:

  • 2 credits – $3: No rides
  • 11 credits – $15.00: One ride
  • 22 credits – $25.00: Three to four rides
  • 55 credits – $55.00: Seven to 12 rides

Pensacola Interstate Fair 2025 discount schedule

The 2025 Pensacola Interstate Fair will have 11 days of discounts, starting with $1 admission on Thursday. Here’s everything to know about fair ticket discounts.

  • Thursday, Oct. 16, Dollar Day: Kick off the for with $1 admission price and $1 midway ride tickets.
  • Friday, Oct. 17, “Pay One Price” midnight madness: Starting at 8 p.m., midnight madness tickets will go on sale for $35 at the main gate, allowing for unlimited rides and free admission.
  • Saturday, Oct. 18, kids’ day: All kids, 11 years old and under, will be admitted free to the fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Sunday, Oct. 19, buddy day and military appreciation day: Bring a friend and get two for the price of one from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. All active and retired military personnel and spouses with proper identification will be admitted into the fair for $7, all day. This does not include child dependents, however, and can’t be combined with the buddy day promotion.
  • Monday, Oct. 20, $25 wristbands, first responders and teacher appreciation day: Unlimited ride wristbands will be on sale for $25. First responders and teachers with a valid ID will be admitted for $7, all day.
  • Tuesday, Oct. 21, ladies’ day: Women of all ages will be admitted free to the fair from 4 to 6 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Oct. 22, Manna Food Pantries food drive: Bring in three cans of food and receive $3 off adult admission all night.
  • Thursday, Oct. 23, senior appreciation day: Anyone 55 years old and older will be admitted into the fair for $7, all day.
  • Friday, Oct. 24, “Pay One Price” midnight madness: Starting at 8 p.m., midnight madness tickets will go on sale for $35 at the main gate, allowing for unlimited rides and free admission.
  • Saturday, Oct. 25, kids’ day: All kids, 11 years old and under, will be admitted free to the fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.:
  • Sunday, Oct. 26, “Last Blast” family day and 4-H promotion: Admission will be $7 all day, unlimited ride hand stamps for Reithoffer Midway Rides will be available for $30. A special 4-H promotion will give anyone $1 off admission when you bring any size jar of peanut butter to the ticket booth.

2025 Pensacola Interstate live performers

  • Thursday, Oct. 16, Cat Country BIG Lip Sync Battle Finals – Twelve local acts will take the stage at the Pensacola Interstate Fair to battle it out with the most entertaining, high-energy lip sync performances, all vying for the title of 2025 Lip Sync Champion. Packed with fun costumes, dynamic dance moves, and plenty of crowd-pleasing moments, this lively competition promises nonstop laughs and unforgettable entertainment.
  • Friday, Oct. 17, Tyler Farr – Country hitmaker Tyler Farr is bringing his powerhouse vocals and rowdy charm to the Fair for a night of hard-hitting country anthems and heartfelt ballads. Known for his gritty voice and bold style, Farr burst onto the scene with smash hits like “Redneck Crazy,” “Whiskey in My Water,” “A Guy Walks Into a Bar,” and “Better in Boots.”
  • Saturday, Oct. 18, Sawyer Brown – With their unmistakable blend of country, rock and pop, Sawyer Brown brings a show full of fun, nostalgia, and nonstop entertainment. Known for their infectious charisma and decades of chart-topping hits, this award-winning band has been entertaining audiences since the early ’80s with favorites like “Some Girls Do,” “The Race Is On,” “Thank God for You,” “Step That Step,” and “Six Days on the Road.”
  • Sunday, Oct. 19, Petra – With a career spanning over five decades, Petra has been a trailblazer in Christian music, known for their groundbreaking blend of rock anthems, their passionate performances and timeless message of hope.   • Wednesday, Oct. 22, White Tie Rock Ensemble – 80s Radio Rock – This dynamic tribute band brings the era’s biggest rock and pop hits to life, delivering high-energy performances packed with soaring vocals, iconic guitar riffs, and infectious beats.   • Thursday, Oct. 23, Al Joslin – Tribute to Elvis – An award-winning Elvis tribute artist, Al Joslin, brings the legendary performer to life with stunning vocals, authentic costumes, and an electrifying stage presence. From the early rockabilly hits to the Vegas-era showstoppers, Joslin covers all the classic Elvis favorites like “Jailhouse Rock,” “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” “Suspicious Minds,” and more.
  • Friday, Oct. 24, Clay Walker – Known for his timeless country sound, Clay Walker will bring his signature blend of smooth vocals and heartfelt storytelling to the Pensacola Interstate Fair this year. With more than three decades in the spotlight, Walker has earned multiple No. 1 hits and a loyal fanbase with chart-toppers like “Live Until I Die,” “If I Could Make a Living,” “This Woman and This Man,” “Rumor Has It,” and “She Won’t Be Lonely Long.”
  • Saturday, Oct. 25, George Birge – Rising country star George Birge will light up the stage with his smooth vocals, clever lyrics, and infectious energy. Exhibits, crafts and cattle at the fair

“Sea Lion Splash” – This lively and entertaining show features charming sea lions showcasing their intelligence, agility and playful personalities through a variety of fun tricks and interactive routines. Perfect for all ages, the Sea Lion Splash combines education and entertainment, giving audiences a chance to learn fascinating facts about these amazing marine mammals while enjoying their hilarious antics and impressive skills. Daily showtimes are Monday-Friday at 5 and 7 p.m. Saturday and Sundays at 1, 4 and 7 p.m. 

CircusHollywood & Family Petting Zoo – This classic big-top experience features thrilling circus acts, dazzling aerial performances, hilarious clowns and jaw-dropping stunts that will keep audiences of all ages on the edge of their seats. A true highlight of the show is the majestic showcase of Friesian, Arabian, and Andalusian horses. After the show, don’t miss the Family Petting Zoo, where kids can get up close and personal with friendly farm animals. Daily showtimes are Monday – Friday at 5:30 and 7:30 p.m.; Saturdays and Sundays at 2, 5 and 7:30 p.m.

Reno’s Reptiles – Get hands-on experiences with everyone’s favorite reptiles at the exhibit in Building 2. Learn about a wide variety of reptiles—from snakes and lizards to turtles and more—through engaging demonstrations and hands-on opportunities. Reno’s expert handlers share interesting facts about these often-misunderstood creatures, highlighting their unique behaviors and important roles in the ecosystem. Open daily until 10 p.m. Closed Sunday, Oct. 26.

Cow Costume and Prettiest Cow Contest. Sponsored by Tractor Supply Co., this cow costume contest takes place at the Livestock Arena. The public is invited to attend. Sunday, Oct. 19 at 6 p.m.

Youth and FFA Steer Show takes place in the Livestock Arena. The public is invited to attend. Monday, Oct. 20 at 5 p.m.

Youth Steer Breeding Show and Prospect Steers takes place in the Livestock Arena. The public is invited to attend. Tuesday, Oct. 21 at 5 p.m.

Livestock Arena – Youth & FFA Livestock Auction. Come out and support the 4-H Youth auction by bidding on a steer at the annual auction from the Livestock Arena. The public is invited to attend and encouraged to purchase a steer. Around 20-30 steers will be auctioned off this year, so don’t miss out! Wednesday, Oct. 22 at 7 p.m.
