Peptides Are Trending for 2026: Everything Celebrities Have Said About Peptide Benefits

At places like Forma Pilates or in line to pick up Goop Kitchen, there’s one word that’s whispered over and over again: “peptides.” Open a biohacker or even a fashion stylist’s fridge, and you’re likely to find a bevy of these injectable shots. Peptides “can bind to receptors in the body and increase some functions that could have decreased with age,” Dominique Fradin-Read, MD, a physician in Los Angeles, told ELLE recently. She explained that these links of amino acids act like hormones, neurotransmitters, or even signaling molecules once they’re in your body. According to their fans, peptides seem to be the answer to everything from inflammation to slowing down aging. GHK-Cu, a copper peptide, boosts collagen production. BPC-157 amps up tissue repair. When it’s used in combination with thymosin beta, or TB-500, which is said to accelerate healing, people call it the “Wolverine” stack, dubbed for its alleged self-healing powers (though doctors don’t approve of this term).

These days, in certain circles, asking someone about their peptide “stack” is as casual as asking for their coffee order. A stack is the colloquial term for a peptide regimen, and everyone who’s using peptides has a specific one. Many (if not most) celebrities have their own stack, but they’ve been top secret. But now, as peptides are becoming more and more mainstream, celebs are starting to reveal their thoughts on peptides. Keep reading for a running list of everything celebrities have ever said about injectable peptides (and yes, GLPs are technically peptides, but we’re not counting those).

Gwyneth Paltrow

“We’re hearing a lot about certain peptides that are being formulated for longevity. They deal with inflammation and brain health. I think we’re going to continue to hear a lot around injectable peptides…injectable B12 is one of my biggest wellness tools. Same with NAD+ and peptides.”

“I love peptides. That is the base of all of Rhode’s skincare. When we launched it, we launched everything with peptides in it, it’s like our biggest ingredient in most of our stuff. I think peptides are really amazing. I think there are certain peptides you can take that are really good for hair, skin, and nails, like GHK-Cu, which is the copper peptide, something I take. And then I take these really good hair gummies that are peptides. I’ve taken immunity peptides before, which I think really worked. Some of them you have to inject, some of them you can take orally—they don’t all work the same. There’s one called BPC-157 that you can take orally. It’s really good for the gut, muscle repair, and recovery. I can keep going on and on and on.”

“My husband and I are on peptides right now, sort of a peptide kick. So I give myself a couple shots every morning. I used to be terrified of needles. Terrified. But now I wake up in the morning, and the first thing I do is give myself shots.”

Tony Cavalero

“I had only two weeks to play a boxer, and my shoulder felt like crap…[after trying the ‘Wolverine stack’], I haven’t had recurring elbow pain since then. I had no side effects other than being stronger and looking awesome.”
