This included emails sent by the former prince, as well as photographs of him, which appear to show Andrew on all fours leaning over a fully-dressed woman lying on the floor. Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing or accusations surrounding his former association with the convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
Gloria Allred, a US lawyer who represented 27 of Epstein’s victims, said: “The Metropolitan Police should reopen their investigation of Andrew.
“In addition, Andrew should volunteer to speak to Congress, even though he has denied that he has committed any crime. He should do this to help the survivors learn what he observed and what was going on at the crime scene.”
This same view has been echoed by UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, who thinks Andrew “should be prepared” to testify before the US Congress.

It is not known why he did not want to testify in the US.
