Whether you’re a cinephile or have a love for anything to do with fashion, the Oscars is always a big night. Every year, so many of our favorite celebrities arrive in style. There are always a few looks that hit the top of the best-dressed list, but there’s another fashion category we need to talk about: the maternity looks on the Oscars red carpet.
Throughout the years, quite a few celebrities have shown off their baby bumps on the red carpet (and even a few did so while winning their Oscar). From romantic ballgowns to form-fitting and chic maternity fashion, it is so versatile, and these stars know how to rock it.
Plus, a lot of celebrities actually walked the red carpet while seven, eight, or even nine months pregnant, which is just so cosmic.
This year, for the 2026 Oscars red carpet, we’re expecting Sinners stars Hailee Steinfeld and Wunmi Mosaku to show off their baby bumps on the red carpet. And who knows, maybe someone else will surprise us with a baby bump debut?!
