Olivia Culpo went all out for her daughter’s first trip around the sun!
On Thursday, July 16, the model, 34, who is expecting her second baby with her husband, NFL star Christian McCaffrey, shared a video of her preparations for their daughter Colette‘s first birthday.
“POV it’s the night before your daughter’s first birthday,” she wrote across the video captured her decorating ahead of the celebrations for Colette, who turned 1 on July 13.
In the clip, Culpo placed a large arch of pink, purple and cream balloons in a dining room in her home—which she recently renovated—before positioning her daughter’s highchair underneath.
She then filled the room and dining table with stuffed animals and more balloons, as well as gifts that included a pink mini piano.
Placing party hats on the toy animals, Culpo made sure to include her pet dog Oliver Sprinkles as she placed one on his head, too.
The beautiful video then closed out with a clip of Culpo and McCaffrey, 30, writing in a “Baby’s First Year” book, with the soon-to-be mother of two appearing emotional as she wiped her eyes.

“I always dreamed about being able to make one of these videos. My baby girl is 1 💕🧁 🎀🥹🧸🩰,” her caption read.
“Love my family 🙏🏼❤️,” San Francisco 49ers star McCaffrey added in the comment section.

Sharing more snaps on her Instagram Stories, Culpo showed off Colette’s birthday outfit, which consisted of a tiara-shaped hat, a velvet maroon-colored cardigan, tiered ruffle skirt and a white top with “ONE” printed on it.

Last month, Culpo revealed that having “contact naps” with her daughter was one of her favorite things to do.
Sharing a photo of Colette sleeping on her lap while they both wore matching In My Jammers x Lauren Lane Cottage Garden pajamas, Culpo wrote, “Two favorite things,” before adding, “1. Contact nap” and “2. Matching Jammie’s.”
In an Instagram post later that month, Culpo marveled at the fact that she and her running back husband would soon be parents of two as she celebrated their second wedding anniversary.
“If you had told me on our wedding day everything we’d fit into the next two years, I never would’ve believed you,” she wrote. “Two years. Two babies… Turns out forever gets busy pretty quickly 🥹.”
The pair announced in a joint Instagram post on Culpo’s 34th birthday on May 8 that they were expecting their second baby.
“Best birthday gift ❤️ Baby #2 coming soon 🥹,” her caption read at the time.
