Meghan and Harry are noted as executive producers, with the titles of the film showing them referred to by their Sussex titles.
Angry fans then took to social media when they noticed them listed as ‘Meghan, Duchess of Sussex’ and ‘Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex’.
Alongside a screenshot of the titles, one fan commented: “I thought they were banned from using royal titles for commercial purposes?”
This is based on the earlier agreement that the couple would retain their HRH titles upon stepping down from royal duties, but did not agree to use them for commercial purposes.
Another shared: “They are. This is just one of the many reasons why those titles need to be stripped, stat. If they’re not lying, manipulating, or attacking, they’re using the titles for commercial gain. They continually bring the Royal Family’s good name down to the sewers where they dwell.”
