Catherine, Princess of Wales, and Prince William may soon visit Australian shores, alongside with their three children Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, seven, according to reports.
The visit would likely be in mid next year, according to Sunrise’s royal editor Rob Jobson.
Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese reportedly invited the couple during his 90-minute sit down with King Charles at Balmoral Castle at the weekend.

“I’m certainly hoping there will be one (a visit), there’s a standing invitation that the royals are always welcome in Australia,” Albanese told reporters.
“It was wonderful to welcome King Charles and Queen Camilla to Australia recently, that had a very successful visit and His Majesty is very engaged and I hope that the Prince and Princess of Wales are able to visit as well and we are hopeful that might occur in the coming period.”
Appearing on Sunrise, Jobson gave the likely timeframes.
“The period, I think, is probably going to be the summer of the UK when the kids not in school,” Jobson told Sunrise.
“I can’t see William and Kate going down to Australia leaving the kids behind.”
Princess Kate and Prince William last visited Australia in 2014.
Their visit included official visits to Sydney, Uluru, and Canberra.
Prince William’s mother Princess Diana previously toured Australia in 1983.
