Actor Mukesh Khanna, best known for his role as Shaktimaan, is not one to dilute his words. The actor is known for expressing his bold takes, especially on the actions of other celebrities. He often criticises the actions of other celebrities and expresses his feelings on matters of comedy, society and culture, to name a few. From Samay Raina and Sonakshi Sinha to Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh, many celebs have witnessed his anger.

Mukesh Khanna famously refused to appear on The Kapil Sharma Show, calling it “vulgar” and accusing it of promoting cheap humour. He said the show lacked dignity and didn’t align with the kind of content he believes in.

He publicly scolded Sonakshi after her incorrect answer about the Ramayana on the quiz show, Kaun Banega Crorepati. Khanna expressed disappointment, especially since Sonkashi’s brothers are named Luv and Kussh. He said it reflected a lack of cultural knowledge among younger generations.

Mukesh Khanna shared an edited picture in which Samay Raina was seen sitting on a donkey. The text on the photo read, “Samay Raina tu sirf gadhe par baithne ke layak hai voh bhi muhh kala karke.” This came after Samay replied to Khanna’s earlier critique of his comedy in his latest special.

Mukesh Khanna mentioned that his aversion towards Ranveer started when the actor posed nude for a photoshoot. Mukesh slammed both Ranveer and Deepika Padukone in a chat with Bollywood Thikana. He said, “That photo shoot was the start of my aversion towards him… His wife was also comfortable, according to a statement they gave to the media. She also didn’t object. Every wife would object. Don’t be so advanced.”

Mukesh Khanna once publicly criticised several Bollywood actors, including Akshay Kumar, for endorsing pan masala products, describing the endorsements as detrimental to society. Khanna, speaking to Bollywood Bubble, expressed strong disapproval, stating that actors who promote harmful tobacco-related products despite being wealthy should be “caught and beaten up”.

Mukesh Khanna also lashed out at Zeenat Aman for supporting live-in relationships. “Live-in relationships are not recognised in our culture and history. It has come from Western civilisation. Whatever Zeenat Aman is talking about, she has lived her life according to Western civilisation. It is not acceptable…,” Mukesh Khanna told Dainik Jagran.
