Riley Green is one of the newest coaches to join The Voice season 30, airing this fall on NBC.
The country singer thrilled fans with his performance of “Worst Way” at the 2026 American Music Awards on May 26.
The performance came days before the release of Riley’s new single, “Think as You Drunk.”
Country singer Riley Green will be joining The Voice as its newest coach for season 30 this fall, alongside fellow mentors Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine, and Queen Latifah.
On May 25, Riley sang one of his hits, “Worst Way,” at the 2026 American Music Awards (AMAs) in Las Vegas. CBS, which broadcast the award show, posted about it on Instagram.
“No words can describe the feeling of seeing @rileyduckman performing on the #AMAs stage 🎤,” the caption read alongside a clip of Riley.
When fans saw Riley’s big performance ahead of The Voice, they shared loads of support.
“🔥🔥🔥 Awesome for Riley 👏👏,” one person wrote in the comments. “Only watched for him 😍😍,” another penned. “I watched this whole show just to see Riley Green, and he was the best one,” a different follower added.
Riley’s single “Worst Way” is from his 2024 album Don’t Mind If I Do. The musician has released several singles since then, with his latest, called “Think as You Drunk,” dropping on all streaming platforms on May 28.
Riley shared about his AMAs experience on Instagram.
“@amas were a blast,” he wrote on May 26. “Thanks for havin us out and lettin us sang a little country and western.”
