Mr. Fantasy has released the first music video for his forthcoming debut album, Fantasyland
The “Do Me Right” music video features cameos from Riverdale stars and over a dozen other celebrities
Along with the long list of famous figures, Mr. Fantasy includes a few Riverdale stars and playfully addresses fan theories about his resemblance to the show’s alum KJ Apa
Mr. Fantasy is playing into those fan theories.
On Friday, May 1, the musician released the new music video for his latest single, “Do Me Right” — with help from a few famous faces. The viral Internet sensation’s new video cheekily leaned into the theories about his striking resemblance to Riverdale star KJ Apa.
While the singer has cheekily denied the claims, the music video included appearances from Apa’s costars, Madelaine Petsch, Lili Reinhart and Camila Mendes. In addition to the three actresses, Mr. Fantasy is seen dancing, golfing, biking, horseback riding, and even swimming with several more celebrities, including Alex Warren, Cody Simpson, Dave Franco, Derek Hough, Kiernan Shipka, Neal McDonough, Nick Jonas, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Rob Lowe, Rufus Sewell, Sombr, Tyler Posey, Zoey Deutch and Jimmy Tatro.

He kicks off the video by posing for the camera against a colorful backdrop, then cuts to him swinging on a swing set with Franco, driving around with Petsch, golfing with Lowe, swimming with Hough, dancing with Jonas and biking with Warren before he starts to sing: “Oh, I said move a little bit/ Take a little swim, sex on the beach/ I want to eat a peach/ Oh, I said move a little bit/Take a little swim, sex on the beach/ I want to eat a peach.”
The entire music video features short clips of Mr. Fantasy spending quality time with familiar faces, along with brief shots of him dancing against colorful psychedelic backgrounds.

The singer serenades his famous friends with the catchy pre-chorus, “And I said ooh baby/ You know the party’s gonna start with you/ And I said ooh baby/ You know the party don’t stop with you.”
He continues with the chorus, singing, “I see it in your eyes, baby/ That you were the first to do me right/ I see it in your eyes, baby/ That you were the first to hold me tight/ I see it in your eyes, baby/ That you were the first to do me right/ I see it in your eyes, baby/ This is the first time forever/ You just have to do me right/ You gotta do mе right, yeah baby.”
The “Do Me Right” music video comes one day after the musician announced his debut album, Fantasyland. The forthcoming album is set to be released on June 26.
According to the official press release, the project will expand on Mr. Fantasy’s “signature style while exploring a new sonic and creative territory.”

The music video comes after the musician was spotted hanging out with various celebrities. In one video, Mr. Fantasy shared a peek at his time with Petsch on an April 13 TikTok, and later Reinhart, 29, on a Monday, April 20 video.
Mr. Fantasy praised Petsch, 31, in his caption, writing, “There is a queen and her name is Madelaine Petsch.”
“She is a force on the cinema screen and that is why I asked if she would teach me how to drive for SUMMERTIME BABY!!!! It’s imperative that I can transport from place to place this summer,” he continued. “Thank you Madelaine for trusting me 😜😜. what a kindly fierce woman you are 😜😜. alright as you were 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪 .”

As for his video with Reinhart, he wrote that she’s a “Goddess.”
“And she has a way of commanding the screen like no other 😜😜,” he continued. “She was my mother in another life time 🤪🤪 . she is electric 🤪. she is absolutely beautiful and kind…….”
“I could lie on the grass with her until the end of time and we would talk about whatever our hearts desire …. 😻😻😻,” he wrote, before concluding, “her name ladies and gentlemen… is Lili Reinhart… and I love her 🤪🤪🤪🤪 .”
