Rapper Rod Wave was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia, on the same day he earned his first Grammy nomination. The 27-year-old artist, whose real name is Rodarius Green, was taken into custody on Friday, November 7, according to Fulton County public records.
Authorities said Wave was facing four charges, including possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a felony, reckless driving, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Records also show he was released the next day after posting bond.
