The Alcohol Control Commission will convene Monday, April 20, at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall, located at 601 Broad Street, to address several items including a new license request and an entertainment permit for a downtown establishment.
The meeting will begin with a roll call, followed by approval of minutes from the March 16 session.
Under old business, commissioners are expected to revisit discussions regarding alcohol distance regulations, an issue that has been under consideration in recent meetings.
New business will include the review of a Beer and Wine Package License application submitted for Shorter 611 Inc., located at 611 Shorter Avenue. The license request has been made on behalf of Ms. Twinkle Amit Rachh.
In other matters, the commission will consider a special entertainment request from Peachy Pub, located at 325 Broad Street. Details of the request have not yet been publicly outlined.
