Verdi Productions wrapped filming of Tom DeNucci’s “Bad News On The Doorstep” early on May 23 in Providence.
SCITUATE – The Verdi Productions horror movie that had been a secret went public in a big way Tuesday, May 19, taking over Cindy’s Diner on Route 6, occasionally stopping traffic on the four-lane highway to give crew members access to the site.
“My Boyfriend is a Demon,” helmed by first-time director mishka, who also wrote the script, has filmed at undisclosed locations around Rhode Island, plus inside a studio setup at the Cranston Street Armory in Providence. It is expected to wrap by the end of May.
The production filmed at Cindy’s during the day on May 19 before moving to a secret location, and returning for night scenes in the Cindy’s parking lot.
