Scott Wolf’s estranged wife Kelley is facing trouble with law enforcement again.
On Wednesday, August 27, TMZ reported that the Real World: New Orleans alum, 48, was arrested in Utah on Tuesday night for two misdemeanors — including “electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information” — and was booked at the Summit County Jail.
Kelley, who is in the process of divorcing Scott, posted an Instagram Story on Tuesday detailing her interaction with authorities and asking fans to “come and help” her.
“The police are at my house to arrest me,” she wrote in a post shared on the app. “I have no idea why. Deputy Norton said I must comply and will.”
“I am not suicidal. I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing,” Kelley continued. “l am so scared. So confused I was about to go on a date and this was the first time I could breathe.”
The public speaker also claimed she has “no mental disorders” and “no drugs,” adding, “I cannot go to a hospital!!”
As Star previously reported, Kelly confirmed that she and the Party of Five actor, 57 — who share kids Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11 — were getting a divorce back in June.
Days later, Kelley was admitted to a hospital after she shared a video on Instagram of herself being detained as a man who is believed to be a police officer said she had made “concerning comments.”
On June 23, Kelley updated followers on Instagram, writing she was “Just a woman who SURVIVED an involuntary 5150.”
According to court documents obtained by People, Scott was granted temporary sole physical custody of the children in July, and a judge upheld the ruling on Monday, August 26, but also gave Kelley “liberal” supervised time with the kids.
