Sean Penn is receiving a heartfelt honor instead of his Best Supporting Actor Oscar after skipping the 2026 Oscars ceremony.
The 65-year-old star, who won for his role in One Battle After Another on Sunday night (March 15), did not attend the star-studded evening, instead opting to head to Ukraine as part of his ongoing activism efforts.
Ukrainian Railways CEO Oleksandr Pertsovskyi shared a glimpse of what Sean was doing instead, and revealed that he was awarded an “IronOscar.”
