Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco‘s famous friends were in attendance as they tied the knot in a romantic wedding.
The actress, 33, and the record producer, 37, exchanged vows in Santa Barbara, California, on Saturday, September 27, with celebrities including Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran snagging invitations.
“There were about 170 people in attendance,” an insider exclusively told Us Weekly of the star-studded event. “Selena’s whole family from Texas was there, Benny’s family and many celebrities and music industry producers.”

Martin Short and Steve Martin
Gomez’s Only Murders in the Building costars gave a speech together at the rehearsal dinner on Friday, September 26, a source told Us. “It was a hilarious speech, and they did a whole bit,” the insider added. “Martin Short was making fun of Steve Martin because he has hearing issues, and Martin kept poking him, saying, ‘Did you hear that?’ and everyone was laughing. They both talked about knowing Selena for the last five years and growing to love her.”
Taylor Swift
Gomez’s longtime friend and fellow pop star “gave an extremely heartfelt speech at the wedding,” the source told Us, noting, “She went into depth and talked about how over the years she saw Selena on the floor crying.” The insider added that Swift’s speech mentioned “Selena having a broken heart” over some of her exes, but Swift said she’s so “happy” now that Gomez found Blanco. “She said it is a best friend’s dream for her best friend to find someone like Benny,” the source explained.
Ed Sheeran
The “Shape of You” singer was another one of the famous speakers at the event. “He was very sweet talking about how much their friendship means to him and how happy he was for Selena to find someone so talented,” the insider revealed.
