Selena Gomez Marries Benny Blanco, Shares Photos of Their Dreamy Wedding

Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are married!

After two years together, the singer and actress, 33, and the music producer, 37, tied the knot in California on Saturday, Sept. 27.

Gomez announced the happy news on Instagram, sharing a series of photos and clips from the nuptials and the simple caption: “🤍 9.27.25 🤍.”

The photos show the newlyweds embracing, holding hands and soaking up the moment. One shot features a close-up of Gomez’s simple bouquet of white flowers, while another highlights her dazzling wedding bands.

One sweet photo captures Gomez sitting on the ground as Blanco lies with his head on her lap. In another clip, she straightens his bowtie and gives him a kiss.

The bride and groom both wore Ralph Lauren for the occasion. Gomez’s dress featured a halter-style bodice with floral details and a dramatic open back. Blanco sported a black tuxedo and bowtie.

Ahead of their wedding, Gomez celebrated her bachelorette party in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, while Blanco had his own bash in Las Vegas. The “Good For You” singer and her friends were spotted dancing, laughing and soaking up the sun on a luxury yacht Aug. 23.

At the time, Blanco shared highlights of what appeared to be his bachelor party in Sin City, including him relaxing at a spa and dining on caviar. A source told PEOPLE he also partied at a nightclub.

Days later, Gomez gave fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse into her bachelorette getaway, sharing several photos of her bridal attire, including a veil with “bride to be” embroidered on it. In another snap, she posed in front of a balloon banner that spelled out “Mrs Levin” (Blanco was born Benjamin Joseph Levin).

Several celebrities have previously shared their potential involvement in the couple’s wedding.

After the pair announced their engagement via Instagram on Dec. 11, 2024, Gomez’s bestie Taylor Swift commented, “Yes I will be the flower girl.” Five months later, Ed Sheeran revealed while taking part in Vanity Fair‘s “Lie Detector Test” series that he had already scored a wedding invite.

Most recently in early September, Gomez said on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that her Only Murders in the Building costar Martin Short would be “the ring bearer.” He and Steve Martin also teased to Extra that they had “the perfect wedding gift.”

Gomez’s former Wizards of Waverly Place and current Wizards Beyond Waverly Place costar David Henrie disclosed to Parade Magazine in August that he would “100%” attend the wedding.

He told PEOPLE in September that he and his wife, Maria Cahill, “talked a lot” about wedding planning with Gomez and Blanco as they were organizing their big day.

Nicky Hilton also let it slip to Access Hollywood in September that her sister Paris Hilton was on the guest list.

Gomez and Blanco — who released their collaborative album I Said I Love You First… And You Said It Back in March — have also previously spoken about what they envisioned for their wedding.

The couple said during their appearance on the Today show on March 21 that they wanted their wedding day “to be pretty casual.” Blanco revealed they had one wedding must-have: “Pickles.”

The following month, on the April 30 episode of the Table Manners with Jessie and Lennie Ware podcast, the duo said that they hadn’t “figured out anything” about their nuptials, apart from including the Jewish dish challah.

“We haven’t figured out like anything in our wedding yet — the only thing I’ve said straight up, as a part of the food, is that I want [Jewish cook and food writer] Jake [Cohen] to do the challah,” Blanco explained. “That’s all I care about. He makes the best challah I’ve ever had.”

Elsewhere in the podcast, Gomez said that they were considering skipping their first dance. “I don’t think we’re looking at having one of those ‘cause they’re a little — I feel embarrassed,” the Monte Carlo star said before Blanco chimed in, adding, “She’s shy.”

However, Gomez shared that she would be open to a “special dance” with her grandfather on her mother’s side because she wanted him to “have the opportunity to” experience being a part of the wedding events that he missed out on when her mother wed in Las Vegas.

The Disney star later revealed what her ideal wedding dessert would be an interview clip shared by her brand Rare Beauty on July 25. She explained that her “preferred dessert would be biscuits and gravy.” But not just anyone’s recipe: “My Nana’s biscuits and gravy,” she said. “That sounds like dessert to me.”

When Gomez announced her engagement in December 2024, she shared several photos of her picnic proposal featuring her favorite fast food, Taco Bell. She also flashed her gleaming marquise diamond engagement ring.

“forever begins now..,” she wrote in the caption, with Blanco commenting, “hey wait … that’s my wife.”

Gomez and Blanco started dating in June 2023, years after they collaborated on the 2019 single “I Can’t Get Enough.” However, it wasn’t until December 2023 that they publicly confirmed their relationship.

That month, Gomez confirmed she was dating the music producer in an Instagram comment on Dec. 7, 2023, writing, “He is my absolute everything in my heart.” In other responses, she continued to say she’s at her “happiest” with Blanco, and later posted a snuggly selfie with him on her Instagram Story.

The next day, Gomez posted a photo of a ring featuring a sparkly diamond and “B” initial on her left ring finger.

Blanco made his relationship with Gomez Instagram-official on Jan. 2, 2024, by sharing smiley snaps with her on his Stories to kick off the new year.

Throughout their relationship, the couple has stepped out together at multiple date nights and high-profile events, including the 2024 Golden Globes and the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards.

Leading up to the wedding, the Emilia Pérez star gushed about getting the chance to marry Blanco during her appearance on Therapuss with Jake Shane on Aug. 6, saying, “I couldn’t be more excited… I just have never really felt so sure about something.”

The Only Murders In The Building star hasn’t been afraid to shower praise on Blanco, sharing early on in their relationship that he makes her feel safe.

“I think it’s just really important to meet someone that respects you,” she told New Music Daily in February 2024. “And I think it’s really nice to also lean on someone who understands the world that I live in. But I’d have to say overall it’s the safest that I feel and it’s been really lovely and I’ve only grown through it, so it’s awesome.”

Blanco has also shared similar loving sentiments about Gomez.

“When I look at her … I’m always just like, I don’t know a world where it could be better than this,” he said on The Howard Stern Show in May 2024, later adding, “People always said this to me, when you know you meet your best friend, she truly is my best friend.”

Blanco expressed his desire to have children with Gomez to InStyle in June, saying, “I love kids; I love being an uncle. I want to be a dad, though, God willing. I’m just dreaming and praying every day.”

Gomez shares her husband’s excitement to have children, as she said on the March 24 episode of the Jay Shetty Podcast,  “I don’t know what will happen, obviously, but I love children … I love making [children] laugh; they’re just so sweet. So absolutely, when that day comes, I’m so excited for it.”
