Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are reportedly tying the knot in California at the end of September.
On Friday, September 5, TMZ reported that Gomez, 33, and Blanco, 37, will wed in either Montecito or Santa Barbara, although guests will not be told the exact location until the day of the event.
Instead, attendees will be shuttled to the ceremony in an effort to maintain the location’s privacy.
The pair, who began dating in 2023, got engaged in December 2024 when Blanco, 37, proposed with a diamond ring that Gomez, 33, proudly showed off on Instagram.
“Forever begins now,” the actress captioned her engagement announcement, while Blanco commented, “Hey wait… that’s my wife.”
Gomez’s bestie, Taylor Swift, even joined in, joking in the comment section that she would be “the flower girl.”

Buzz about a West Coast wedding has been going strong since July, when the Daily Mail reported that Gomez and Blanco would be tying the knot in a “two-day event in Montecito.”
Although both have played coy in interviews, it now appears the wedding date has been locked.
In March, Gomez said on an episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that they were “definitely not planning exactly at this moment.” Four months later, Blanco claimed on the Therapuss podcast that he and Gomez “honestly haven’t even figured anything out. We’ve been moving so quickly.”
Gomez recently celebrated her bachelorette party in Cabo, where she stunned in an all-white bikini and veil reading “bride to be.” Photos she shared on Instagram showed Gomez under balloon letters spelling out “Mrs. Levin,” a nod to Blanco’s real last name.
