Selena Gomez’s co-stars have disclosed they’ve been excluded from her upcoming nuptials to Benny Blanco, after model and actress Nicola Peltz was absent from her bachelorette celebration.
The actress and pop sensation Selena, 33, is preparing to walk down the aisle with music producer Benny, 37, but it seems the former Disney darling is opting for a more private ceremony as her Only Murders In The Building colleagues have confirmed they haven’t received invitations to what’s being called the wedding of the year.
Speaking with Extra, Martin Short and Steve Martin revealed that despite being left off the guest list for Selena’s special day, they’re still planning to purchase Selena and her husband-to-be a spectacular wedding present.

“First, we’re not invited, but we are going to parachute in with hand mics and do something. And you know, I’m doing a medley that, again, of songs that weren’t nominated… but, again, we haven’t been asked,” Steve quipped.
When asked about the perfect wedding gift from the comedic duo, Selena replied: “This is the gift, honestly,” reported The Mirror.
Steve then added: “I have the perfect wedding gift, and we are going to give it to them together.”
Selena’s hen party kicked off spectacularly last weekend, with the star being photographed partying with friends aboard a lavish yacht.
The Naturally songstress embraced the bachelorette theme by sporting a bridal white bikini and veil – however, one of her dearest companions was noticeably missing. The group had been vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and Selena shared a number of snapshots of the lavish celebration online.
She struck poses with her tight-knit circle of girlfriends and beneath a large balloon display reading ‘Mrs Levin’ – disclosing her music producer partner’s actual surname.
While the crew appeared to be enjoying themselves in the sunshine, fans couldn’t help but observe the notable personalities who were missing.
Selena’s closest friend Taylor Swift was conspicuously absent, opting instead to attend a sporting event with her fiancé Travis Kelce as they emerged publicly following her own engagement.
Nicola Peltz was similarly nowhere to be found. The duo were previously so tight that the heiress claimed the Disney star was part of a ‘throuple’ with herself and spouse Brooklyn Beckham.
Selena has reportedly distanced herself from the ‘diva’ pair, with insiders revealing they are no longer tight.
The vocalist was missing from the couple’s vow renewal ceremony earlier this month with Nicola being excluded from the guest list for Selena’s girls’ getaway as well. According to The Sun ‘the throuple no longer exists’ after the singer was left ‘truly disappointed’ by the couple’s ‘diva’ like conduct.
An insider told the publication earlier this month: “Last year, she noticed Nicola’s behaviour toward her and [fiancé Benny] turned into a constant quest for attention.
“There were many tense moments, for example, during dinners and lunches, where Nicola would try to sit where photographers could get the best angle, and she wasn’t very nice to Selena if people weren’t paying enough attention to her.”
When discussing whether Brooklyn gets along with her friend Selena, Nicola previously gushed: “Oh my god. We’re like, ‘Yeah, we are a throuple.’ We are all three best friends. We just clicked and had the best time. And then we became super, super close. I feel like she’s my soul sister. I love her so much.”
Selena and music producer Benny, 37, announced their engagement in December 2024, following their romance that began in June 2023.
