Indian superstar Shah Rukh Khan wished Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 75th birthday. In a video message shared on social media, SRK greeted Modi with folded hands and expressed his admiration for his energy and spirit at 75.
The National Award-winning actor thanked the Prime Minister for inspiring young people like him to stay healthy, disciplined and dedicated to contributing to the country.
He began his special note with: “Today, on the occasion of PM Modi’s 75th birthday, I extend my best wishes to him. Your journey from a small city to the global stage has been very inspiring.”
SRK continued: “Your discipline, hard work and dedication towards the country can be seen in this journey. Your energy at the age of 75 even beats young people like us. I pray that you always stay healthy and happy.”
SRK joined many celebs from across the country in wishing Modi as he turned a year older on Wednesday. Revered movie stars, including Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan, SS Rajamouli, Kangana Ranaut, and R Madhavan, among others, also extended their wishes to PM Modi on his birthday.
The superstar, meanwhile, is currently shooting his upcoming film ‘King’. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film marks SRK’s daughter, Suhana Khan’s official Bollywood debut. An action entertainer, the film boasts of many prominent names, including Abhishek Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Arshad Warsi, Saurabh Shukla, Raghav Juyal, and Abhay Verma, among others.
