Shah Rukh Khan’s Box Office Flop Featured The Same Outfit As Brad Pitt’s Film F1

Siddharth Anand revealed the much-awaited first look for Shah Rukh Khan’s King on his 60th birthday and there’s a certain detail fans couldn’t overlook. Not only was the actor rocking dashing silver hair, but it was his outfit that got particular attention.

Dawning a tan jacket and a blue shirt, SRK looked undoubtedly like Brad Pitt in his hit film, F1. Whether or not it is copied, inspired or simply a homage, it can’t be argued that they both looked stunning in their respective scenes.

Who Wore It First — Brad Pitt Or Shah Rukh Khan?

He puts on a tan jacket on top of a blue denim shirt and suddenly, Shah Rukh Khan is once again the King in all aspects. Although he looks really good in the King’s teaser, fans can’t help but point out that one of his looks is awfully similar to Brad Pitt’s F1 look. This begs the question of whether there’s a competition between the two or if they both aced the look effortlessly.

While many would say that Pitt wore it first in his film, the look is reminiscent of SRK’s own outfit in Jab Harry Met Sejal. So, calling it copied would be simply wrong.

Moreover, there is no competition as to who wore it better because they both look iconic in their own way. Sonny Hayes or King, both Pitt and Khan are giants in their respective industries and give each other a run for their money with such looks.

Shah Rukh Khan Fans Defend Copying Claims

Fans are immediately jumping into Shah Rukh Khan’s defence, arguing that the actor adorned the now iconic look all the way back in his 2017 release, Jab Harry Met Sejal. So all those blaming him for copying Brad Pitt simply aren’t getting their facts straight.

No matter how underwhelming the movie was, it cannot be ignored that SRK’s looks were on fire. Saying that Pitt copied him wouldn’t be right either because tan and denim blue is a common pairing, one that naturally looks flattering. What’s surprising is that not only the look is similar but also the way the two walk.

Pitt gives a casual salute while walking and so does Khan. The similarities are uncanny, so who copied whom can be an eternal, inconclusive debate. Next thing we know, others start accusing SRK of copying some Hollywood actor’s hair too.
