Located among the Berry Islands of the Bahamas, Bonds Cay has hit the market for $30 million, Mansion Global has learned.
The island was once owned by a group of high-profile investors, including pop star Shakira, 48, and Pink Floyd’s Roger Waters, 82, who purchased it intending to build an artists’ retreat alongside luxury hotels and residences. It’s now ready for a new owner.
In the U.S., meanwhile, the Atlanta-area estate of the late Lynyrd Skynyrd guitarist Gary Rossington has a new price tag after about half of its 68 acres sold in mid-December for $4.7 million.
Now, the rest of the Milton, Georgia, property, including the main house, is asking $7 million.
