Shia LaBeouf has been ordered to attend rehab, undergo a drug testing program and pay a $100,000 bond as conditions of his release from custody after his drunken Mardi Gras bar fight earlier this month.

New Orleans Criminal District Court Judge Simone Levine revoked the “Holes” star’s initial jail release on his own recognizance and ordered LaBeouf to pay the hefty bond on Thursday, according to NOLA.com.

LaBeouf, 39, appeared in the packed courtroom with his lawyer, Sarah Chervinsky, and paid the $100,000 bond immediately after the day’s proceedings, per the outlet.

He was ordered to complete rehab, submit to regular testing and stay away from the alleged victims and the bar where the drunken Mardi Gras bar fight happened.

Levine, in her ruling, reportedly told the courtroom that her biggest concern was that LaBeouf could pose further danger to his initial victims and the broader “marginalized” New Orleans community that has already suffered so much “terror.”

The judge was also said to have required the embattled actor to undergo a drug and alcohol test ahead of the day’s hearing because she witnessed “quite a lot” of evidence connected to LaBeouf’s case following his initial release from jail on Feb. 17.

LaBeouf’s drug test reportedly found that the Disney Channel alum has been taking a prescription potentially responsible for “one of the substances” discovered in his system.

However, the judge clarified that her biggest concern is Labeouf’s alcohol consumption, which she doesn’t believe he is taking seriously based on his decision to continue partying even after his arrest.

LaBeouf’s attorney, meanwhile, claimed that there were no illegal substances found in the “Megalopolis” star’s system and argued that the results only showed evidence of his past alcohol use.

Chervinsky went on to argue that it’s not against the law to get drunk during Mardi Gras.

LaBeouf also requested permission to travel outside of New Orleans, according to WDSU, but that request was denied.

The state reportedly asked that a stay-away order be issued to make sure the “Transformers” star doesn’t return to the business and the victims involved in the drunken Mardi Gras bar fight incident.

LaBeouf was arrested and charged with two counts of simple battery in New Orleans on Feb. 17 after allegedly assaulting two men outside a dive bar in the French Quarter.

A video from the incident showed the “Even Stevens” alum headbutting one alleged victim, getting pummeled by a group of men in another and shouting homophobic slurs at his alleged victims in a third.

Although LaBeouf was initially allowed to leave jail without being required to pay a bond after his arrest, the homophobic slur allegations against him had not yet become part of the official court record, Levine explained on Thursday.
