Throughout her career, she performed alongside some of the nation’s biggest bands, including Kitara, Capim com Mel, and Forró do Muído.
Medical professionals initially found a sarcoma in her leg in 2019, which she successfully overcame after treatment and achieved complete recovery.
But in 2023, she received a diagnosis of pulmonary synovial sarcoma – an extremely rare, aggressive, and deadly tumor that develops in the lung, representing less than 0.5% of all lung tumors.
Even while receiving treatment, she kept performing as long as possible, though she was ultimately compelled to leave the stage behind.
In her last Instagram update in late September, she posted a devastating message about love, family, and life’s priorities.
“It’s not what we have in life, but who we have in our lives that matters. That’s what truly matters – family is the anchor that keeps us steady through life’s storms,” she wrote.
