Sonny Bono’s former Palm Springs, California, estate has been listed for sale at $7.49 million.
The nearly 9,000-square-foot property, which combines Mid-Century Modern and Italian influences, was his home from 1986 until his death in 1998, a period during which he served as Palm Springs mayor and a U.S. Congressman.
Meanwhile on the East Coast, Ricky Martin has sold his longtime Upper East Side apartment in New York City for $6.15 million, a price slightly above what he paid for the condo in 2012.
The four-bedroom home, which spans over 3,000 square feet, is located in a modern glass building and offers luxury amenities.
