Sept. 8, 2025, marks the 59th anniversary of the debut of the original 1966 Star Trekseries, which premiered on NBC in 1966. Now the franchise is marking the milestone with a brand-new Star Trek series that will boldly go where no Trek show has gone before.
Star Trek is officially launching its first-ever series geared toward the preschool audience. The debut trailer for Star Trek: Scouts, a Nick Jr. production, dropped on Sept. 8 via the Blaze and the Monster Machines YouTube channel. The series will stream for free on YouTube.
