Elsewhere, Cane pitched a bold plan to create a new corporate empire by acquiring major companies, drawing Phyllis’s (Michelle Stafford) enthusiastic support while Billy (Jason Thompson) wavered, uncertain whether to betray family or jump into Cane’s ambitious scheme.
