In “The Sehlat Who Ate Its Tail,” it was Lieutenant Commander James Kirk’s (Paul Wesley) first day in the Captain’s chair of the U.S.S. Farragut. In the beginning, he was a bit bored with the monotony of the daily routine. But it wasn’t all smooth sailing when the day took a disastrous turn after the Enterprise was captured by a deadly Scavenger Ship. But the alien menace was not exactly what it seemed…

The film follows the crew of the Enterprise as they go on a mission to assist a non-Federation race, but in helping one race they may inadvertently harm another. The crew then faces a moral dilemma as tensions arise with a difference of opinions. Whatever choice is made may alter the course of both civilizations.
