I think we’ve certainly had enough time since Stranger Things 4 aired (three+ years ago!) to forget a few things. The big one to remember is that Vecna is still out there and is still a huge threat. Naturally, you’d probably just want to move. Unfortunately, the people of Hawkins, IN found themselves in quarantine, fully unable to leave. So what happens when Evil Groot comes back? We know Eleven is training, but what about the rest of the kids? Well, they’ve got plans of their own. Check out the latest trailer for Stranger Things 5 to see some action.
Whoa, Dustin! We know he took the death of Eddie Munson hard, but we didn’t expect he’d say something like “I want to see Vecna’s heart on a platter.” The Stranger Things 5 trailer showcases everyone’s attempts to put an end to the things that are stranger once and for all. It’s always nice to see various groups of people working together we don’t normally see. I love that Robin and Murray are on a mission. It’s awesome to see the four original D&Ders putting all hands on deck. And of course, who doesn’t want to see Dustin, Steve, Nancy, and Jonathan drive a car through a portal? That’s just good stuff.

The Duffer brothers have said that this season goes pedal to the metal the whole way. The Stranger Things 5 trailer certainly lives up to that. It’s very interesting that a single demogorgon caused so much trouble in season one and now we’re ten years later they’re fodder for the military to shoot. We hope we get some more big creatures, maybe the return of some demodogs or something. We’ll have to wait for more than just the Stranger Things 5 trailer for that.
But not for too long though… We have only a couple days now! The first four episodes of Stranger Things 5 drops this Wednesday, November 26. Then the next three on Christmas Eve and the feature length finale on New Years Eve.
