Strictly Come Dancing‘s Nikita Kuzmin received an outpouring of support from his colleagues after sharing a heartfelt message about his girlfriend.
The Ukrainian-born professional dancer rose to prominence when he joined the BBC programme in 2021 – and it’s safe to say he quickly established himself as a viewer favourite.
Throughout his tenure, he’s been paired with numerous celebrity contestants including Layton William and Ellie Simmonds. During the latest series, he reached the grand final alongside reality television personality Amber Davies.
Beyond the television programme and rehearsal rooms, Nikita enjoys a blossoming romance with his model partner Lauren Jaine. The couple began their relationship in 2023 and have continued to flourish together ever since.

Recently, Nikita used his Instagram platform to honour Lauren on her special day. The television personality shared multiple stunning photographs from Lauren’s celebration, featuring affectionate snapshots of the devoted duo, reports Wales Online.
In his message, he penned: “Happy 25th birthday to the love of my life love you Bibble.” Nikita’s Strictly colleagues immediately flocked to the comments to offer their congratulations. Professional dancer Karen Hauer wrote: “Happy bday gorgeous,” whilst Carlos Gu added three love heart emojis.
Jowita Przystal then commented: “Happy birthday.” One admirer also enthused: “The most gorgeous couple. Happy birthday Lauren.” Another supporter joined in and proclaimed: “Absolutely beautiful. Happy birthday to your better half Nikita.”
Nikita has been candid about his romance with Lauren previously. He formerly praised his partner during a chat with OK! Nikita revealed: “I’m really lucky to have a supportive family and girlfriend. I always call my mum on my way home, and when I get back, I have Lauren waiting for me.”

He continued: “We make time for each other. Last night, after a 12-hour rehearsal, we watched Iron Man. We’re going through the entire Marvel series!”.
Nikita also shared his views on matrimony. He commented: “Yeah, we’ve definitely talked about the future. I hope one day she’ll say yes! We just saw a video of a wedding in South Africa and got emotional watching it. So, why not?”.
Regarding romantic evenings, they both enjoy a “penchant for adventures”. Whether it involves impromptu road journeys, walks, or exploring fresh locations across London, currently, they’re relishing watching Modern Family from the comfort of home.
He elaborated: “It’s less about what we do and more about simply being together and respecting each other’s space.”
