“Succession” cast member Nicholas Braun was arrested this past weekend on suspicion of driving under the influence and operating a vehicle without lights in New Hampshire.
The 37-year-old actor was pulled over by police in Moultonborough on Friday and spent around an hour at the Carroll County jail before he was released on his own recognizance, TMZ reported.
Braun reportedly didn’t have to pay bail for his release, and he didn’t take a mug shot, either, because the police camera wasn’t working.
He is due in court on Sept. 16.
Braun did not immediately respond to celebrity.land’s request for comment.
The actor is best known for portraying Cousin Greg on “Succession,” and was nominated for an Emmy for the role for three different seasons.
He first made a name for himself in Disney movies like “Sky High” and “Princess Protection Program” in the early 2000s.
His most recent high-profile gig was playing both Andy Kaufman and Jim Henson in “Saturday Night,” a biographical film about the first broadcast of the long-running sketch comedy show.
