Here are your Summerfest amphitheater headliners for 2026
Here’s a quick rundown of headliners appearing at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater during Summerfest in 2026.
Summerfest is more than the music. It’s about the food and drinks, too.
About a month out, the festival hosted its annual preview event May 19, featuring a sampling of what’s new, including with its fare, from supper club dessert drinks to a Loaded Bloody Mary Burger.
This time around, the preview was held at South Second: A Saz’s Hospitality Group Venue in Walker’s Point.
Saz’s is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. And, so is Cedar Crest Ice Cream, which is another longtime partner of the Big Gig.
“While items on our Saz’s Sampler Combo Platter may have changed over the years, one thing hasn’t: Summerfest’s commitment to bringing a diverse, world-class entertainment lineup; incredible local food and beverage partners; and visitors from across the region and around the world to Milwaukee’s beautiful lakefront,” Curt Kluth, Saz’s Hospitality Group’s chief executive officer, said during the event’s remarks.
The remarks later wrapped up with a toast – fittingly, with Saz’s Mozzarella Marinara.
Here’s a taste of what’s new when it comes to the food and beverage offerings for Summerfest 2026, which runs June 18 to 20, June 25 to 27 and July 2 to 4:
New Summerfest food vendors
These are some of this year’s new food vendors, according to a news release from the fest, along with where they’ll be located on the grounds, and a sampling of their menu offerings.
Jimmy Ward’s Grill (Generac Power Stage): Big Jim Burger, Ward’s Cheese Steak Sandwich, and a BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich.
Montacos Taqueria (Generac Power Stage): Birria Egg Rolls, and a Walking Taco.
The Wisconsin Table (North Gate): A Loaded Bloody Mary Burger, and a WI Pretzel Charcuterie.
Wild Dog (Generac Power Stage): Italian Stallion, and an Elote Dog.
New Summerfest food options
While fest favorites will be returning, these are some of the new menu items that will be available this year. Plus, where to find them, according to Summerfest’s website.
- Beats & Eats (Generac Power Stage): S’Mores Churro Fries.
- Cedar Crest Ice Cream (Northwestern Mutual Community Park/Miller Lite Oasis, and T-Mobile Stage): S’mores Sundae.
- Cousins Subs (Miller Lite Oasis): Supper Club Steak, and a Mini Crispy Chicken Wrap.
- Famous Dave’s Bar-B-Que (North Gate): Deep Fried Ranch Bites, Queso Beef Barbacoa Fries, and Baby Back Ribs.
- Mac-A-Do’s (Briggs & Stratton Big Backyard): Chili Dog Mac.
- Pina Cocina & Cantina (American Family Insurance Amphitheater Forecourt): Chicken Taquitos in a Cup.
- Saz’s (Miller Lite Oasis): Tots on the Street Cheese Curd Tots.
- Saz’s Express (Miller Area): Jalapeno Mac N Cheese Bites.
- Wokkin’ Roll (Generac Power Stage): Bang Bang Broccoli.
New Summerfest drink options
Supper club cocktails, mocktails, Monster and more. These are among the new beverage offerings for this year’s fest, and where some of them will be at on the grounds:
- Cocktails & Confections: Key Lime Colada, and Blue Hawaiian Mocktail.
- Fazio’s Popping Bubbles (Mid-gate area): Cherry Bomb, Twilight Fizz, Shirley Temple, Bomb Pop, Shark Attack, Cozy Campfire, Butter Beer, and Summer Sunrise.
- Cousins Subs (Miller Lite Oasis): A Cold Fashioned Slushie Mocktail.
- PepsiCo beverage stations: Poppi in Grape, Raspberry Rose, and Strawberry Lemonade; and Bubbl’r Fruit Punch’r.
- The Wisconsin Table (North Gate): Brandy Alexander, and a Grasshopper.
- Select bar locations: Monster Energy, Ultra Zero and Ultra Blue Hawaiian; Naked Life Margarita; and Leinenkugel’s Orange Shandy, and High Shore Sandy.
