Sydney Sweeney is commenting on her controversies by seemingly stirring up more.
The “White Lotus” actor is back in the headlines again this week for comments related to a product she released with the men’s soap company, Dr. Squatch.
The 27-year-old opened up about the discussion that surrounded the divisive product, and some of her other partnerships, during an interview with the Wall Street Journal, published Wednesday.
“I think it’s important to have a finger on the pulse of what people are saying, because everything is a conversation with the audience,” she told the outlet, before adding that the comments mainly came from one particular audience.
“It was mainly the girls making comments about it, which I thought was really interesting,” Sweeney said, before referencing her “Euphoria” co-star.
“They all loved the idea of Jacob Elordi’s bathwater,” she added.
Elordi has an infamous bathwater scene in his 2023 film, “Saltburn,” but the actor himself did not put out any products related to his own bathwater.
People instantly latched on to Sweeney’s comment about “the girls” and Elordi and shared a lot of thoughts on X:
