Sydney Sweeney Goes Grunge in Leather and Micro Shorts for Date With Scooter Braun

Sydney Sweeney brought motorcore style to Los Angeles as she stepped out for an art gallery date with boyfriend and Scooter Braun on Tuesday.

The two were seen holding hands after stopping by David Kordansky Gallery. The Anyone But You star wore a black leather jacket with a high neck, which she wore buttoned all the way to the top and layered over micro denim shorts with frayed hems.

Sweeney continued the leather theme with a pair of chunky black knee-high boots, and she added a pop of color via a woven watermelon-red leather bag.

While the actor looked ready for autumn, her music executive beau was all about summer in his long-sleeve white top, khakis, black loafers, and navy baseball cap.

Sweeney and Braun were first linked at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s lavish wedding in Venice, Italy, this past June. The Euphoria star attended the nuptials solo, having recently split from her fiancé, Jonathan Davino.

She and Braun began casually seeing one another after the wedding, and have since even enjoyed romantic getaways and spent time with Sweeney’s parents. This past weekend, Braun joined Sweeney to celebrate her 28th birthday in a space-themed bash alongside all of their friends—including Mr. and Mrs. Bezos.

Though both Sweeney and Braun have recently come under fire for different reasons, a source told People that the two “have a lot in common and neither one of them cares what others think.” Sweeney’s friends and family are “really happy about this relationship,” the insider added, noting that “for them, it’s such a relief to see her genuinely happy.”
