Sharing the moment on Instagram, the 27-year-old described it as “probably the coolest thing I’ve ever had the opportunity of doing.” The dive, captured mid-air, nearly led to a wardrobe malfunction as she soared through the sky harnessed to Aikins. He is known for his record-breaking 2016 parachute-free jump into a safety net.

The daring stunt came as her latest movie, Americana, underperformed at the box office. The film earned only $500,000 during its U.S. opening weekend. In the indie western, Sweeney plays a small-town waitress chasing country stardom. She stars alongside Halsey, Eric Dane, and Simon Rex. The project, originally titled National Anthem, premiered at SXSW more than two years ago but has struggled commercially.
