Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce kept things small for their wedding day — at least when it came to their bridal party.
When the pop superstar and the NFL player hosted their massive, star-studded nuptials at New York’s Madison Square Garden on Friday, they opted to forgo the usual bridesmaids and groomsmen.
Swift decided to have her younger brother, Austin Swift, serve as her man of honor (in place of the traditional maid of honor), while Kelce’s brother and New Heights podcast cohost, Jason Kelce, was his best man, a representative for Swift told PEOPLE.

The ceremony was officiated by friend of the couple Adam Sandler, whom Travis Kelce starred alongside in the 2025 comedy Happy Gilmore 2.
The couple’s official matrimony was announced around 7:30 p.m. ET on Friday when massive jumbotrons around Madison Square Garden displayed the message “JUST&T MARRIED!” (The “T&T” being a reference to the couple’s first initials.)
Guests at the star-studded festivities included Ed Sheeran, Mariska Hargitay, Gigi Hadid, Zoë Kravitz, Bradley Cooper, Dakota Johnson, Ethan Hawke, Julianne Moore, Benson Boone, Maren Morris, Hugh Grant, Kelsea Ballerini, Jason Sudeikis, the Haim sisters, Jimmy Fallon, Ellie Goulding, Miranda Lambert, Tommy Hilfiger, the Chicks, Brad Paisley, Kimberly Williams-Paisley, and Eric Stonestreet.
Austin was previously spotted attending Kansas City Chiefs games alongside his sister to support his future brother-in-law in 2023 and 2024. He also wore a Santa Claus suit to Travis’ Christmas Day game in 2023 and kept the outfit on to give the athlete his Christmas gift. Travis posted a photo of himself hanging out with Austin and Jason in the woods in July 2025, along with a pic of himself fishing with Austin.
Jason previously described Taylor as a “wonderful person” who has been “nothing but lovely to our family.” He’s a noted fan of her music, and has shared sympathetic remarks about the pop superstar’s level of media scrutiny.
“I’m happy for my brother that he seems to be in a relationship that he’s excited about, that he is genuine about. But there’s another end of it where it’s like, ‘Man, this is a lot,'” he said of the media’s overwhelming attention in a 2023 interview with NBC Sports. “There’s paparazzi talking about him fueling his car before the game today and I’m like, ‘Is that really necessary information to share?’”

He added, “This is another level of stardom that typically football players don’t deal with. And so on one hand, really, really happy for my brother and where he’s at in his current situation with Taylor but on the other hand, there’s some, I think, alarms sometimes with how you know, over-in-pursuit people can be.”
